1. Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment. Business days are Monday to Friday.

Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the next business day.

2. United Kingdom shipping

We currently offer the following shipping options for eligible UK orders:

Estimated delivery times start after your order has been dispatched. The shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Where we ship

We ship from London, United Kingdom, to [the UK only / the UK and the following countries: ...].

4. Order tracking

When your order is dispatched, we email you a confirmation with a tracking link, so you can follow your parcel to your door.

5. Delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If an order is sent to an incorrect address that you gave us, we cannot be responsible for it, but we will do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address.

6. Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

• If your parcel is late, contact us and we will look into it with the courier.
• If your parcel is lost, or arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number [and photos of the damage] and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
